VitalPulse CPR Training – Refund Policy

VitalPulse CPR Training values your commitment to learning life-saving skills. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, or rescheduling are available for our CPR, First Aid, AED, and BLS training courses.
1. Cancellation by Participant

72 Hours or More Notice: Full refund or option to reschedule to a future class.

48–72 Hours Notice: No refunds. Participant may reschedule to a future class at no additional cost.

Less than 48 Hours Notice: No refunds or rescheduling. The full course fee is forfeited.

No Show without Notice: No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
2. Group & Corporate Bookings

For group or corporate training, cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 3–5 business days are eligible for rescheduling only.

Cancellations within less than 3 business days or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full training fee.
3. Cancellation by VitalPulse CPR Training

VitalPulse CPR Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future class.

If an alternative date cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
5. Exceptions

VitalPulse CPR Training may, at its discretion, consider exceptions for medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances if notified in writing before the class date.
