VitalPulse CPR Training – Terms and Conditions of Service

By enrolling in a course, booking training, or accessing services provided by VitalPulse CPR Training, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Course Enrollment and Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your registration for any CPR, First Aid, AED, or BLS course.

Payment may be made via cash, bank transfer, or any other accepted method indicated during registration.

Group or corporate bookings may be invoiced and are subject to agreed-upon payment terms.
2. Certification

Upon successful completion of the course (including attendance, skills assessment, and exam), participants will receive a certification valid for two years, issued in alignment with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.

Replacement cards or certificates may be issued for a fee.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance of the course date will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

Cancellations made within 48–72 hours may be eligible for rescheduling only.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or failure to attend a course without notice, will result in forfeiture of the full fee.

VitalPulse CPR Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
4. Attendance & Conduct

Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be denied entry to maintain the integrity of the course.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
5. Health & Safety

Hands-on CPR and First Aid training may involve physical activity. Please inform the instructor in advance of any medical conditions or physical limitations.

Participation is voluntary, and individuals are responsible for their own well-being during class activities.
6. Liability Disclaimer

VitalPulse CPR Training provides training to prepare individuals to respond to emergencies. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes in real-life situations.

VitalPulse CPR Training shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in its courses or from the use of information learned.
7. Use of Course Materials

All training materials provided are for educational purposes only and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

Course content is subject to updates and may be modified in line with updated AHA protocols.
8. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used only for course delivery, certification, and communication purposes. For more details, see our [Privacy Policy].
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
